What are my shipping options?
We now offer UPS and USPS. We do not offer any insurance with USPS so if you would like your package insured, please choose UPS.

Ground: 2-10 Business Days
3-Day Select: 3 Business Days
2-Day Air: 2 Business Days
Overnight: 1 Business Day (UPS Overnight Saver)
USPS
Priority Mail: 1-2 Days
Parcel Post: 2-7 Days
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may vary.
At present, EarthHealingCrystals.com can only ship products within the 50 states. EarthHealingCrystals.com cannot fill or ship international orders.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
We estimate all of our shipping charges by weight, delivery / ship to locations and shipping methods.
Can I have an order delivered on a weekend?
EarthHealingCrystals.com does not currently provide for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days.
What if my package is damaged when it is delivered?
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately (if by email, at CustomerService@EarthHealingCrystals.com) so that we can correct the situation as soon as possible. If you accept a package shipped UPS and it is damaged, please keep packing material if product is damaged so we can file a claim with UPS.
What do I do if my order is late?
If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping has expired, and tracking information does not help, please contact us immediately (if by email, at CustomerService@EarthHealingCrystals.com). Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
You must report to us any undelivered order within 25 days of the date you placed the order.
